Harle is a mysterious harlequin in the RPG game Chrono Cross. She speaks with an interlanguage called Franglais,  a blend of English and French. It is later discovered that she is the seventh Dragon, controlled by the will of the Time Devourer. Harle is ordered to retrieve the Frozen Flame and return it to the Dragon God; to this end, she befriends Lynx and feigns obedience to his cause where her loyalties lie elsewhere.

Fun Fact: Harle’s Japanese name is Tsukuyomi, which is the name of the god of the moon in Shinto mythology. So, all her powers in the game are moon- and night-themed!
